I joined WorldQuant in year 2012.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"transcribe_word__gz5Gc\" data-start=\"8\" data-stop=\"10\">I always considered that I&#8217;m a STEM background person in terms of educational experience, career path, and even personality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"transcribe_word__gz5Gc\" data-start=\"17\" data-stop=\"21\">Naturally, I believe I was destined to work in the quant investment industry. The job is a constant learning experience. I have been taking more responsibility and working with more teams. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"transcribe_word__gz5Gc\" data-start=\"17\" data-stop=\"21\">Collaborating with the people here, it&#8217;s a very rewarding experience and I feel very proud for what we have achieved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"transcribe_word__gz5Gc\" data-start=\"35\" data-stop=\"39\">WorldQuant sees the value of each unique person. They always encourage different ways of thinking about the same problem. I do not believe in one best final answer.
