We focus on how do we take the technology that we already have within WorldQuant and make it even better and even more flexible and apply it to the particular business problem.<\/p>\n<p>Finance is constantly changing and we always want to stay ahead and be leading the charge. We&#8217;re looking for people who can think slightly differently, who have different perspectives.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s so many opportunities every day.
